Win10, if you're running at 4K, the 3D Accelerated UI is eating 160MB VRAM for just the desktop, no wallpaper.

GTX 770m, 4th Gen i7, still takes dA 10s to load any page. Is 250mbps too slow? Only bottleneck I have left.
